4 week boot camp style program to introduce beginners to each of the basic functional movements that give new members a seamless transition into our regular group classes. The program not only provides the information and instruction for new members but also allows time for their bodies to adjust to our regular program without being overwhelmed by the workload and pace on the first day. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM with an optional “FunDay” class included on Saturday Mornings at 10AM
